A Place to Call Home
For nearly two years, we partnered with seven leadership organizations to shape a shared vision and strategy to address homelessness in Spartanburg County. That work led to the creation of A Place to Call Home — and today, our role has evolved to focus on implementation support, including strategic planning and communications efforts that bring the vision to life.
One80 Place
In Charleston, we spent a year working with One80 Place to prepare the community to apply for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program grant — and they got it. Now, we’re supporting the next phase through continued assessment and capacity building to ensure the plan’s success.
Community Development NWA
Community Development NWA is partnering with us to develop a forward-looking strategic plan that will strengthen the organization's impact across Northwest Arkansas. Through stakeholder engagement, data, and collaborative planning, we're helping chart a path for its next chapter.
United Way of the Lowcountry
In Beaufort County, SC, we’re working alongside United Way of the Lowcountry and local partners to spark a self-sufficiency movement. This collaborative effort is focused on identifying and addressing the key puzzle pieces — like housing, transportation, and living wage — that will help more residents achieve long-term stability.
Open Table Ministry
We’re guiding Open Table Ministry (Durham, NC) through the creation of a new strategic plan. This plan will build on the organization’s strengths, set a clear direction for the future, and align its resources to address the community’s most pressing needs.
